Hey guys! There is a youtuber from Lithuania called Norbefilms, he mostly uploads vlogs, car builds and drift videos. But this is not why i'm writing here. He and his brother recently opened race car rental business in Germany! I checked their prices and they look reasonable for the cars they rent (BMW e36 325i CUP spec, BMW e90 325i VLN spec, BMW e46 M3 VLN spec). I'm thinking to rent e36 for couple of laps in Nurburgring and i thought maybe someone else is interested? I asked them if we can buy for example 10 laps package and share with each other - they said it is totally fine. E36 for 10 laps is 449eur and the excess is only 6000eur. What do you think?

Have you driven on a track before Tomas?
If not I highly advise not to use a trackday-spec, rear-wheel drive car for your first laps.
You will need a bunch of laps to get a feel for the track and this should be done in a car that you feel comfortable in.
Rent4Ring have a bunch of very well prepared Suzuki Swifts or if you want to go with an automatic gearbox RentRacecar has a current Clio RS.

I haven't, but i'm talking about prices. I think that price/car ratio is quite good.
If we talk about risk of accidents, well that is drivers actions that matters. Nothing will help you if you drive beyond limits, weather you're in Swift or in BMW.

just a quick update.
The full payment for the house is now done, so there is no turning back
We can take over the house on Friday afternoon (4 pm) and keep it until Monday morning (10 am).
I won't be able to stay until Monday, since I have to be back in Stuttgart by then.
But if some of you want to stay until Monday morning that is possible. You just need to do the key handover at the house.
Members of the SMS Team will be in attandance at the Expo and they are eager to meet you guys.
So I will schedule a time for us to drop by our booth, to say Hello and to take over the leaderboard
Nordschleife opening times are finalized as well. Both Friday and Saturday the track will be open for 90 minutes in the late afternoon.
Sunday the track will be open the full day. As long as it isn't raining heavily I am happy to give passenger laps on each of the days.
Only a few weeks to go, looking forward to the weekend. Should be mega!
