Bathurst is a challenging track :D
I crashed the car once in the Bathurst 12 hours, followed by an incident with a Porsche sending my into the air. Eventually the engine blew, so it can be worse ;)

Sorry, it was a bit late here in Germany to write a report and there were so many awesome streams after the race :chicken:

@Vernux and myself decided to do the VRS endurance race at Sebring. It's now the 3rd or 4th week in a row that we are driving there, so easy decision to do another race. There were only 2 splits and we started in split 1 with @EVR Morvic in a EVR team. I told Morvic earlier, that I will kick him in the narts if he laps me in the first stint.

I did the qually and it was not soooo bad. In a pretty strong field we started at P26.
Race start was fine, but the first laps were hard to drive. I managed to stay out of trouble for the first stint with two good overtakes. After the first stint we were in P15. Stint 2 and 3 was @Vernux job. The rest of our report will come from him, because I'm still tired :oldman:

Ok, @Vernux says that he is tired, too. Davai, write the rest.

He took over the car with no repair time (pretty good driving out there @grobi0815 :pompous:) and he was as fast as I expected. Almost a second faster then myself each lap. And he also got some nice battles and overtakes. He also had the honour to lap the car from @EVR Morvic. At the end, @Vernux had a good battle for P11, where he showed, why he is such a good driver. So much patience, but still putting very much pressure to the dude in front of us. That was awesome!

We ended in P9, because someone got a DQ. Good result in a strong field.

How was your IMSA race yesterday?

I didn't do IMSA but the Le Mans Endurance 6 hour race in Top Split in the HPD. Had to do a monster 5 hour stint because my buddy had computer issues. Luckily we were able to solve it just in time for the last stint for him to do otherwise we would have been DQ lol. Started from pole and we won. Just had to deal with traffic from the LMP1's and GTE's. I've been focusing my efforts lately on learning the HPD as its a fun car for sure. So far it's working out and thanks for asking. :)

Rallycross is pretty "dead" when it comes to high level competition.
Indycars is mainly later on at night (when the americans get on)
GT’s are packed pretty much from noon to past midnight (GT3, GTE)

GT wise you'll have enough to do :D GT3 is always busy, IMSA lowered a class so depending on the track it can be quite busy and LeMans series (LMP1- LMP2 - GTE) is quite popular but very "risky" to race atm as everyone is discovering it

little update from my side, made it out of rookies yesterday after my 3rd Mazda race at Lime Rock. I am trying now to get up to C as fast as possible with the Caddy and the Skippy.

does the RSR SetupSync still exist? would be nice to also have access to the setup as the setup options in iRacing are quite "overwhelming" compared to pCars2 and rF2. I have somewhat an idea what i am doing setup wise but having extremely good setups to start with would be very nice

@The Wayfaerer No the RSR setup sync was taken down. If you are looking for setups I would recommend Craig's Setup Shop Discord. He provides baseline setups for certain popular cars. They also provide premium setups but you have to pay for those. I believe the current rate is $50/yr. Very popular service with 3,000+ members.

Saturday the 7th is Le Mans Endurance Series race.
It's a 360 minutes race and this week at the famous Le Mans track. There are 2 races, one at 7 am GMT and the other at 7 pm GMT.
I want to drive the Ford or the Ferrari GTE.
Give me a call, if someone is interested. It's possible that @Vernux will join, if he has time and if there is a free third spot.
