Hello everyone, Flyinghunterberg needs your help! We need to get some footage of our starting procedures, so we invite you to do a few races with us. We'll do a few short races with a variety of circuits & cars - chances are we'll use the typical induction favourites. We will get going at the usual time of 19:30 UTC.

I'll go through the plan on the night, but here's some things to keep in mind:

• For the purpose of the video, we'll be using the live teamspeak chatter of the race director's instructions, so remember: minimal chatter during the starting procedures.
• Replay files can get corrupted if anyone disconnects during the race session. If you have a spotty connection, or suspect your game will crash, it'll be best if you give this one a miss.
• There could be a lot of hanging around, so please be patient.
• If you normally record your races, extra footage from the night would be helpful.
  • 1080 60p (or any 16:9 res higher) in a .mp4 container would be most handy.
  • @MelBonkers if we can get some nice looking rift footage, that would be ace! My settings are so low and choppy it looks pants when recorded.
  • Feel free to use whatever in game HUD/view settings you normally use, just don't use any 3rd party overlay for your recordings (like TonyR's position boxes, controller inputs, teamspeak, fps counters etc).

Once we're finished, we could do some fun races for the rest of the night. Hope to see you there!

That would be a nice idea (if not a bit overkill ), but it won't be worth the hassle. Also everyone would be in the same design, so it'll look a bit weird.

Yup, I'll be working in 16:9 (1080 60p), so if those who are also recording can match that, that would be super.
