I've just done an official practice.
I'm slowly getting faster and faster, but I'm still afraid from this track. Especially with cars in front and behind me I just can't see when a crash happens.
The race is going to be a survival tour :)
Daytona was nothing compared to this.

If I gain upon a Porsche at the uphill section, should I wait until the long straight, or can I overtake them somewhere at the top of the mountain?

The Porsche can only take a single line atop of the mountain, I would personally wait

I’ve had 15/20 laps of practice tonight (night time in the official practice sessions) after 10 laps I was in the 2:02s, definitely think 2:01s when I’ve nailed the car a bit more. Love how stable the car is so far.

I think it’s always best at Bathurst to wait until the back straight to overtake slower class cars however those Porsche’s are rapid in a straight line so could make for an interesting race

The Porsches will only be present in the first two or three Splits, the rest will be Porsche free :)

i will be around again for some practice tonight around 20:00 UTC
since @ramdrop found out the AMG is struggling quite a lot in hotter conditions there is a chance we might also switch over to the Z4
