We added an additional page to our "Learn More"-Tab. The "Forum Conduct" is disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here in our forum. They have been compiled and are revised regularly by the RSR Team and should be adhered to by everyone:

"RevolutionSimRacing is an international community, with members from almost every corner of the globe, but English is generally regarded as the language of choice for posting. Therefore, where possible, please always try and stick to posting in English. We fully understand that it is not the first, or even second, language for many members so, if you are struggling to post in English, please either use an online translator (like Google Translate) or, alternatively, send a PM to another member if you think they might be able to translate for you. From Austria, to Australia, from Southend to South Africa, we don’t want to keep our members from posting on the forum, discussing our races past, present and future.

Following on from this, text speak can be especially problematic for non-native English speakers. Although some abbreviations might seem obvious to many of us, they are often confusing for some English and non-English speakers alike. As such, please try and avoid excessive use of abbreviations. In addition to this, we also expect posts to be clear and understandable, no matter the language used. Typing all in CAPITALS (or lowercase) and lack of punctuation (full stops and/or commas), for example, can make posts very difficult to read, even for native English speakers - nobody wants to read 'walls of text'. Again, we do not want to discourage our members from posting but we must all make an effort to make our posts as clear and easy to read for everybody.

Content wise, none of us at RSR want to censor or stifle debate but there are some topics that we have to regard as "off limits". Some are obvious (porn, violence, illegal acts or political issues), whilst some only serve to be extremely divisive and cloud our views of each other. Any threads (or posts) on these types of topics will be removed. In addition, although quite a few of RSR's members are on WMD2 for pCARS2 development, please bear in mind that many of RSR's members aren't. As such, to prevent NDA disclosures, please refrain from posting anything about pCARS2 in the general areas of the RSR forum.

Racist language and other forms of abuse towards fellow members will not be tolerated. If you have concerns that a member may be behaving inappropriately, please report the behaviour to one of the admin team.

Finally, we have members from all walks of life. Some have families, with young children, who may well read the forum with their parents. Please, where possible, be mindful of this and avoid swearing and posting images/videos we would regard as "NSFW" (eg. nudity, swearing, violence)."
