It is anniversary time! This event is a chance to take our rear-engined RUF GT3 cars to the historic circuit that is Imola for an exciting event. We are looking at a little over an hours driving around the technical and high speed circuit.

Starting Procedure: Rolling Start, the pole driver will lead the field through the formation lap. The speed limit for the lead car will be 50mph / 80kph. We are going to form up in a 2×2 formation at the red marker, maintaining our 50mph / 80kph speed. Odd numbers on the left side and even numbers on the right side.

Did tonight a 1:40,8xx with low fuel. Ran a little bit wide on 2 turns so within our rules I would say a low 41' is possible.

I posted a setup for the Brands Hatch GP race the other week. I fully intend to use 99% of that. Just need the tyre pressures, radiator, brake ducts sorting.

@miagi @Puffpirat and I had some fun in a little 11 lap quick race. Sadly miagi crasht out in the middle of the race Was really good fun although I have to, we 3 have to work a little bit more with the tracklimits. Sooooo easy to get out of the white line with all 4 tires :/

Bit of practice today, I think I am about 0.5 - 1s off Miagi/Puff/Manu. I am expecting mid to low 42 for quali and high 42 low 43 for race pace.

I'm doing 1.43.4's at the moment, the RUF is still too tail happy for my liking, but i'll keep tweaking. Need to see if the tyres will last 39 laps now.

What changes would you make to a race setup for qualifying?

Oh, and can someone shoot down that bloody helicopter.

Just fuel going from race to qualifying, 43.4s will probably be right around my race pace.
