So I may have got carried away this morning and completed 57 laps of this (not so) beautiful circuit. I increased the spring rate front and rear and made the rear higher than the front, this was only an experiment but as a result I found a few tenths and the car was a lot more responsive at turn in. I changed a number of other things which are mentioned in the notes of the set up which can be found in resources.

I will be on tonight doing my first laps in the #322 at Nola: never driven it before, except some wet laps during the SimracingExpo 2017, where Rudy van Buren showed how to be a couple of seconds faster than me in RFactor2. This time around let's get some practise on this track.

I got my McLaren Rim back by tomorrow, then I can finally attack again with 100%! :)

I can be on tonight or tomorrow to help with the p2 set up before I leave Friday. If anyone's about tonight and want to start set up give me a shout if I'm in TS!

Did first few laps in porsche and i have to say this track is a joke you can run wide on every exit but if you even touch the curb in the middle of t12 thats cut track, not to even mention car killers in t1 and t7:D

yup...but it means we can have fun exploiting the track limits :D its definitely a track that needs a lot of practice - and thats just to leave the garages and find the track :D

Ok track limits were changed and now they are more reasonable. I did some laps and setup stuff and found out taking out toe makes wonders on car balance and i felt like i was getting close to decent baseline. I didnt try @Stokemon 's setup but have try out that some other day. Anyways i uploaded setup on resources so feel free to have a go with that.

I tried @Gosku's setup last night. Felt very good in general, but was a bit tail-happy for my liking. Changed some minor things, and I nearly was on rails. V5 in the resources. Just need to find those extra 2-3 seconds per lap, as usual :shame:

I added some of those changes and then some. Cambers need to be double checked but other than that i feel like its best that i can make it. For me the car balance is good now unless you want to go for bit more risky setup. Current one is maybe tiny bit understeery but i think it is fine or can be handled with camber changes or adding rake.

Edit: @Shepard btw you got indy v5 currently uploaded in resources

I did first full stint to test car and car balance felt great through whole stint. Stint was 41 laps tire wear was 79 81 in front and 76 77 in rear laptimes were around 1.33.1 - 1.33.4 for entire stint(had a slipery track and no warm up laps). Times dropped about 7 tenths on average going into next stint(only did 10 laps).

Softs started to slide a bit from overheating but not nearly as bad as it was in indy but had to back off on some corners to avoid sliding too much and after going for fast laps in the end i started to wear out tires and get rumbling on straights so that might be one to look out for.

I think my race pace will be 1:33s, slowest of the team on this track :(

They changed the track limits again. T6 (exit onto back straight) and T9 (end of the fast S) should be a bit more forgiving now.
